Ms Bridgett has been married to her Business partner/ husband for 23 years.  
She is a foster parent/ and has adopted her Grandson. He is now 2 ½ years old.
 
She began her career in the Medical Industry in Indiana as a CNA.
 
She moved back to her home State of Michigan and began her studies for Registered Nurse!
 
She raised her 3 boys and Daughter while attending College and working as a waitress.
 
Graduated in late 90”s. Worked in two hospitals for many years in Michigan.
 
After most of her children were grown She completed her quest for higher education.
 
Bachelors Degree and Master’s Degree.
 
She and her Husband moved to Florida where she worked for DR. Pulido for 5 plus years.
 
Her and her husband have opened a Medical Office in Palatka Fl and are enjoying raising their now adopted Son/Grandson.

My name is Chelsea and I am a CMA with our chronic care program. I have worked in the medical field since 2015 starting out as a medical receptionist and working my way up to being a certified medical assistant. Most of my healthcare experience comes from primary care. I enjoy the one-on-one care with my patients, and I strive to give them the best care possible. I have 3 kids that I spend most of my free time with. If we aren’t doing something outdoors, we are off spending time with family and traveling.
